The link to download the vehicle gate pass for your recruit's graduation will appear on this page beside their graduation date.Please note: Vehicle passes will not become available for download until 11 days prior to the scheduled graduation date.
Recruit Training Command is aware that you may have received an informational letter which contained erroneous information regarding our Pass-In-Review Guest Policy.
RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND CURRENTLY ENFORCES THE FOLLOWING PASS IN REVIEW GUEST POLICY:
ALL GUESTS, to includeActive Duty/Retired Military Personnel and those ages 3 and older must be on the access list. Children 2 and under do not need to be on the access list.
The number of guests allowed per recruit is dependent on the number of divisions in the training group.
12 or fewer divisions within the training group: FOUR guest maximum per recruit.
13 or more divisions within the training group: THREE guest maximum per recruit.
Please coordinate with the recruit as only recruits may place names on the access list. RTC staff can neither change these names nor release the names of those on the list.
Individuals who are not on the access list will NOT be authorized admission into the drill hall. We do NOT have a designated waiting area nor do we offer a standby list.
GRADUATION DAY SCHEDULE*
6:30 am: RTC gate opens to guests.
7:00 am: Ceremonial drill hall doors open to guests.
8:45 am: All guests must be seated. Ceremonial drill hall doors close, no further entry for guests.
9:00 am: Pass-In-Review commences.
9:20 am: Divisions arrive.
10:30 am: Pass-In-Review concludes.
*Please plan on arriving at least 1.5 hours before the ceremony, which begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

TG 25 - 10 Divisions (161-168, 810 and 925) Graduate Friday, May 1, 2015. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests Get gate pass
TG 26 - 9 Divisions (169-176, and 926) Graduate Friday, May 8, 2015. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests Get gate pass
TG 27 - 7 Divisions (177-1182, and 927) Graduate Friday, May 15, 2015. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests
TG 28 - 7 Divisions (183-186, 811-812 and 928) Graduate Friday, May 22, 2015. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests
TG 29 - 11 Divisions (187-196, and 929) Graduate Friday, May 29, 2015. Each recruit will be permitted 4 guests
